GITFF Art Lab

The Art Lab is a central element of the festival’s drive to encourage, discover, train and nurture creative talent in promotional filmmaking, and in the process stimulate the creation of a new wave of industry specialists within Georgia.

GITFF - The Georgia International Tourism Film Festival

is a unique project that is taking place in Georgia for the first time
Its launch in 2023 took place in the famous Spa Resort of Tskaltubo in the beautiful Imereti Region of West Georgia, from where it is growing into a regional and international event.
The second edition of the Tskaltubo TourFilm Festival will take place 27-28 September 2024 , followed by the Inaugural Batumi Tourism Film Festival, to be hosted by the renowned and amazigly developed Black Sea resort from 1-3 October 2024.
The GITFF will be held in different regions each year to highlight the tourist potential and diversity of Georgia, with its rich natural and cultural heritage.
It has become an important means of promoting the tourism industry in the country, highlighting the products, services and destinations of different regions of Georgia, and does so with a clear focus on environmental sustainability and respect for local communities.
Tourism film festivals are becoming an increasingly important platform for the international promotion of travel destinations, using the cinematic format to showcase regions and tell stories that engage and entice.
